Our premium wines are designed to reflect the individual characteristics of the vines and vineyards. We use a full range of winemaking techniques from both the old and new worlds to express the grapes' maximum potential. The great skill and dedication of our production team harness the fruitful climate and bountiful land to create wines that are distinctively Dartmoor Valley, Hawke's Bay.

Mostly fruit driven in style, the winemaking is adjusted to enhance each fruit variety individually and to give immediate appeal. Wines labelled Stirling Reserve reflect the better seasons with their resulting exceptional quality fruit. They have elegance and finesse and offer a higher degree of complexity. They also have immediate appeal, as we give them some bottle ageing before release, but they will reward a patient cellarer.
